IT's more
than a job
Regardless of whether the cameras are on or off I am passionate about fitness. I co-own a CrossFit gym in South Wales and work as a CrossFit L1 Trainer.
I have presented CrossFit Open Announcements, CrossFit Strength in Depth Sanctionals, Lowlands Throwdown Semi-Final, the Rogue Iron Game studio show at the Arnold Strongman and Woman Classic in addition to hosting CrossFit affiliated competitions.

EMCEE
Bringing the hype on the mic at live competition. I can run the floor, work with DJs, competition organisers and raise excitement levels at any event.

PRESENTER
From hosting your digital platforms to presenting a live stream, running sideline or commentary. With a huge background of experience I can bring a professional touch to your live event.
The changing face of CrossFit
2015 was arguably the most successful year for British men. Training partners Steven Fawcett and Phil Hesketh flew the flag in California four years ago. More recently we’ve ploughed our support behind Elliot Simmonds in the individual male category, but as a nation which regularly punches above its weight on the international sporting stage, why do we lag behind when it comes to representation in the individual elite field at the CrossFit Games?
